Returns

Services are not eligible for return. Unlimited revisions are available for 30 days after the original date of purchase.

Refunds

You are eligible for a 100%* refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase if you have not completed the intake call or coaching session. If you decide you do not want to move forward, and it’s been 30 days since your purchase, you will receive a full credit towards future services. Charges will not be reversed.

You are eligible for a 50% REFUND after we have completed the intake call AND BEFORE any drafts have been shared with you.

After drafts are shared, services are not eligible for a refund. Unlimited revisions are available during the duration of the project. Unlimited revisions are considered when the resume is in Google Docs. Once you give permission that the resume is complete, revisions are no longer accepted.
