Welcome to area Talent LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and utilizing our services through areatalent.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Scope and Duration

Our services are provided as a one-time project unless otherwise specified. Clients have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate and complete their project. This 60-day period includes time for communication, revisions, and final delivery.

• If the project is not completed within 60 days due to client inactivity or delayed responses, the project will be considered closed. Reopening the project after this period is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

• Pricing at the time of purchase will be honored during the 60-day window. If the client fails to complete the project within 60 days and our service pricing has increased, the client may be required to pay the price difference in accordance with California law. We will provide written notice if this applies.

Project Initiation and Revisions

To begin the project, clients must provide all requested materials and information. Resume revisions are included as specified in the service package, and must be requested before giving final approval. Note, all clients are required to approve moving to next steps.

• Projects delayed by client non-responsiveness may be subject to closure without refund.

• If a client begins the project and later requests changes that involve adding new employment history after a draft has been delivered, an additional fee of $100 per position will apply.

• No additional fee applies if new employment information is provided before the project begins.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of service purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once work has commenced. See below for the refund policy for projects that have not started within 14 days of purchase.

• Any price adjustments due to exceeding the 60-day window will be communicated and must be paid prior to resuming work.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information.

• Responding to communications within a reasonable time frame to meet the 60-day completion period.

• Reviewing drafts and requesting revisions promptly.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we are not responsible for:

• Outcomes related to job applications, interviews, or employment opportunities.

• Errors in provided materials that were not disclosed before project completion.

Legal Compliance

This Terms of Service agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be handled in the jurisdiction of California courts.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before implementation.
