How Long Does It Take?

The typical turnaround is 7-10 business days after our first consultation. Many clients finish sooner, but I focus on quality over speed. As a solo professional, I manage my weekly schedule to give each client my full attention.

What Does the Process Look Like?

  • Résumé Services:
    Start with a simple intake form (no long questionnaires!) and a 1-hour call to review your work history and career goals. You’ll get a draft within 48 hours, and we’ll work together using Google Docs to fine-tune it.

  • LinkedIn Services:
    Start with a quick survey to create your headline and “About” section. I’ll share drafts for your feedback, and I offer optional live sessions via Zoom to walk through updates.

  • Personal Branding Services:
    A 3-month program where we start with 360° feedback from your network. From there, we create an action plan and have regular follow-up sessions to refine your brand on your résumé and LinkedIn.

How Do I Get Started?

Do You Offer Rush Service?

No, I don’t. I focus on quality and believe your résumé deserves the time and care to get it right. My turnaround is already set to deliver great results without compromise.

Is There a Guarantee?

I can’t guarantee job offers since hiring depends on your industry, experience, and the job market. Any service promising a “guarantee” is usually a gimmick. However, I provide honest, actionable feedback and coaching if you’re struggling to land interviews.

Can I See Examples of Your Work?

Do You Specialize in a Certain Industry?

What’s Included in Unlimited Revisions?

You can request as many edits as you want during the drafting process. Once you approve the final version, revisions are closed. Need updates later? Adding a new job is $100 per position.

Do You Offer Résumé Reviews?

Yes! I review your résumé for free during our consultation. If it’s on the right track, I’ll give feedback or suggest one of my Career Labs. I don’t rewrite existing résumés—I start from scratch to ensure the best quality.

How Are LinkedIn Updates Made?

For premium packages, I offer a live screen-sharing session via Zoom to update your profile. Otherwise, I’ll provide step-by-step instructions for you to make the changes.

Do You Help Send My Résumé to Recruiters?

Yes! My résumé distribution service sends your résumé to 1,000-2,000 recruiters from my network of 42,000 professionals. Apex clients also get three months of job search and application support.

What’s an ATS-Friendly Résumé?

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are used to scan résumés before a human sees them. An ATS-friendly résumé avoids columns, charts, and unusual fonts that confuse the system.
Important Note: If you’re rejected quickly after applying, it’s usually because of how you answered application questions—not your résumé.

Do You Offer Discounts?

No, I don’t. My services are priced fairly to reflect the value of personalized, high-quality work. While some cheaper options exist, you get what you pay for. Certified professionals charge $500-$5,000, and I work with clients who are serious about investing in their careers.

Does Brynston Approve Every Project?

Brynston, our adorable Director of Barketing, may not officially approve each project, but she keeps me company (often snoring!) while I work. Her cozy presence is my seal of dedication to the job!
