Cover letters that
actually get read.
Everybody knows cover letters are boring to write — and even more boring to read. Good thing you don’t have to write one. Three options: Outline, Bespoke, and Recruiter Introductions. If you’re going to send one, don’t be generic. Don’t regurgitate your résumé. And definitely don’t send the same one to everyone.
Four steps.
One letter that lands.
Outline (Foundation & Core), Bespoke (Add-On & Pro), or RDS upgrade for distribution.
Job posting, company, and any must-hit points. The more specific, the better the letter.
Collaborate on edits until it feels like you — just sharper, cleaner, and more strategic.
Use the final letter for that role — or tailor quickly for the next one using the Outline.
Positioning tools,
not novels.
Cover letters aren’t summaries of your résumé — they’re positioning tools. We keep them tight, relevant, and aligned to the role so they actually get read.

Do I need a cover letter?+
Not always — but when requested (or when you have something additive to say), a focused letter can lift response rates meaningfully. When in doubt, a strong Outline lets you move fast without sacrificing quality.
How long should it be?+
One page or less — ideally 300–450 words. Short paragraphs, clear value, and specific tie-backs to the role. Anything longer gets skimmed.
What’s included with packages?+
Foundation & Core includes the Outline. Cover Letter add-on and Pro include Bespoke. RDS upgrade includes recruiter introduction letters.
Can I order a cover letter without a résumé package?+
Yes — the Bespoke cover letter is available as a standalone add-on at $100. Book a quick consult and we’ll get started.
