Don is an executive and HR leader for Fortune 50 and 500 companies and startups. In 2008, Don launched area|Talent, focusing on helping clients identify their brand. As a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, Certified Digital Career Strategist, Certified Interview Coach, and Certified Personal Branding Strategist, Don guides clients through career transitions across companies like Google, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Aston Martin, TikTok, and more. Don is also a résumé consultant for Stewart Cooper Coon, an executive search firm.
In 2023, Don started volunteering with Chrysalis, a nonprofit dedicated to helping unhoused people find jobs. Since 2014, Don has volunteered as a crisis prevention counselor with The Trevor Project.
When Don is not helping people land the jobs they deserve, he can be found traveling and running his dog's Instagram page, hoping one day, she will be the breadwinner in the family.

Robin is a certified higher ed professional and certified resume writer with over a decade of experience in career services and recruiting. Robin is currently the Director of Career and Internship Services at Culver-Stockton College (CSC), where she helps undergraduate students prepare for life after school. Under Robin’s leadership, CSC has been named the #1 School in Missouri for Getting a Job in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
When she isn't helping college students launch their careers, you will probably find Robin in the great outdoors. She is always ready for an adventure, particularly if it involves camping, hiking, kayaking, or travel of any kind. She has visited 49 states and three countries outside the US.
