I only offer services where I have received extensive education and rigorous testing.

    Most service providers are either:

    1. Résumé mills that use off-shore writers.

    2. People who did well in their careers and decided to help others but received no formal training or certifications.

    3. Ex-recruiters who have been out of the game for many years.

    It’s important that you trust the person you partner with. Make sure you meet with them before signing up and ask the right questions. Like:

    1. Who will I be working with?

    2. Do you offer one-on-one consultations, and if so, how many?

    3. What is your revision process like, and how many edits do I get?

    I work one-on-one with you and offer unlimited one-on-one consultations and unlimited edits throughout the drafting phase.

  • The typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days after our initial consultation, with many clients completing it earlier. Please note that as a dedicated solo professional, my availability may vary as I prioritize quality service and manage client intake weekly.

  • The process varies by service:

    • For Résumé Services, it starts with an intake survey and a one-hour consultation to review job history and target positions. A resume draft is provided within 48 hours for feedback or further consultation via Google Docs.

    • LinkedIn Services begin with a survey to craft your headline and about section, followed by a draft shared on Google Docs for your input. An optional plus package offers a screen-sharing optimization session.

    • Personal Branding Services involve a three-month program starting with 360 surveys from your network, leading to action commitments and follow-up meetings to build your brand on your resume and LinkedIn.

  • Visit the shop page and check out with your chosen service. Wait a few seconds and you will be redirected to a landing page with the next steps. Follow the instructions for your chosen service to get started. After completing the initial onboarding step, you will see my calendar to schedule your first session.

    If you can't complete the onboarding steps at the time of purchase, you can use the link in your order confirmation email to get back to the landing page to get started.

  • I do not offer rush services as I prioritize the quality and integrity of my work over quick turnaround times.

    Rushing often leads to compromised results. It's important to give your job application the time it deserves to ensure it represents you in the best possible light, and recruiters generally agree that quality takes precedence over speed. With that said, the quoted turnaround time is liberal - projects are often completed much faster.

  • While I provide comprehensive support to enhance your job search, it's important to understand that a successful outcome depends on factors such as industry, career objectives, work history, qualifications, location, and market conditions. Therefore, I cannot ethically guarantee job placement, as it's not solely based on the resume or the services provided.

    Any provider that offers a guarantee is a gimmick.

  • Unlimited revisions mean that during the course of our project, you can request as many changes as needed until you approve the final content. However, once the final version is approved for quality check, further revisions are not included.

    If you’ve worked with me before, adding a new position is available for $100/per position. Please feel free to reach out if you need updates in the future.

  • I offer résumé reviews during our initial consultation at no cost. If your résumé is on the right track, I'll provide actionable feedback or suggest one of my Career Labs. However, I don't offer editing or rewriting services because I prefer to fully develop each document from scratch to ensure it meets my standards.

    Rest assured, my feedback is honest, and my goal is to genuinely assist you, not just earn a fee.

  • Silver+ and higher packages include a remote Zoom screen share session where I will make updates to your profile remotely.

    For all other LinkedIn updates, I will provide you with step by step instructions and content for you to make the updates on your own.

    Never share your password with a service provider. It goes against LinkedIn's TOS and you and the person logging in, risk losing account access.

  • Yes, with my resume distribution service included in all + packages, your resume will be shared with approximately 1,000-2,000 recruiters from my expansive network of 42,000 industry professionals.

    Additionally, Rhodium clients get six months of included job search and application submissions.

  • An ATS-friendly résumé is designed to be compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems, which are used by many large companies to scan job applications. These systems can filter résumés based on their match to the job description before a human sees them. ATS-friendly resumes avoid layouts with columns, charts, graphs, and non-standard fonts, which can confuse the software. However, even with an ATS-friendly resume, you may still need to manually input information during the application process due to the various ATS software versions and types.

    IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ON ATS - ATS does not reject candidates - humans do. If you receive a rejection within one to three days after applying, it’s your answers to specific qualifying questions during the application process and nothing to do with your résumé. As a recruiter, I use those questions to filter out unqualified applicants that I know my hiring managers and clients will not consider.

  • No, I don’t offer discounts. Just like you wouldn’t want your value compromised in an interview, I uphold the value of my personalized and professional service. While other services may offer lower prices, they often lack the personal touch and quality—remember, you get what you pay for. Certified writers range from $500-$5,000, and I am committed to working with clients who are serious about investing in their professional future.

  • While Brynston, our beloved Director of Barketing, may not physically stamp each project with her paw, she does offer her form of approval by keeping me company—often by sleeping and snoring through the process—as the work gets done.
