Why use a résumé distribution service?
You may have noticed that I am ex-Honda and ex-Bank of America. How did I get my foot in the door? Recruiters. Companies of all sizes partner with recruitment agencies to find talent. This gives you another channel—your résumé in front of thousands of real recruiters instantly. This is not posting to low-volume job boards.
How are recruiters notified of my interest?
An email is sent from your email address and replies go right back to you. Each email is individually addressed to a specific recruiter with a “Dear Mr./Ms. Last Name” salutation, maintaining the polite fiction that you sent a single note.
How does the service work?
After we complete your résumé, I build an outreach strategy based on your field and titles. From a database of 42,000+ recruiters, I select those aligned to your industry and level—typically 1,000–2,000 recipients per distribution.
How quickly will I hear back?
You’ll see auto-replies and out-of-office responses quickly, followed by real interest as roles align. Recruiters may not have a match today, but staying on their radar creates future opportunities.
I don’t want to move. Why email recruiters in other cities?
A Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, or Atlanta recruiter could be filling a role in Chicago. If you’re location-restricted, we’ll state that in your note. Regardless, being known to recruiters in your specialty is a strong long-term strategy.
How much is it—and can I buy it alone?
